NOTICE
Recently announced regulations not only make it
impossible to provide humane help for most orphaned
wildlife in Ontario but the discretion given MNR area
supervisors in their application will entrench
a biased and inconsistent system.
Consequently
There was no one to care for the litter
found today, so as per MNR instructions the babies
have been left to starve to death. This is
intolerable. We demand that changes be made
immediately and ask for your assurance that this will
be done.
